How fast can you get me a quote?+
Most projects get a written, fixed-price quote within 24 hours of our site walk. For rush jobs, same-day quotes are possible if you can meet us on site.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We hold an Idaho low-voltage contractor license and carry $2M general liability plus workers' comp. We can send our W-9, COI, and license certificate before any job starts.
Do you work on weekends or after hours?+
Yes — we schedule after-hours and weekend work for businesses that can't be offline during operating hours. No extra rush fee for planned weekend work if it's scheduled more than a week out.
What areas do you serve?+
A 75-mile radius around Boise: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, Garden City, Mountain Home, Emmett, Middleton, and more. If you're within Idaho's Treasure Valley, we cover you.
Do you warranty your work?+
25-year system warranty on certified Cat6 and Cat6A installs, 2-year warranty on all other labor, and we pass through manufacturer warranties on hardware (UniFi, Axis, Openpath, etc.). Every warranty is in writing.
How do you charge — hourly or fixed?+
Fixed-price quote for every scoped project. No 'time and materials' surprises. If we find something unexpected mid-job, we stop, document it, and give you a written change order before continuing.
Can you work with my IT person or MSP?+
Absolutely — many of our best jobs start with an MSP calling us for the physical install while they handle the configuration. We'll happily hand off patch-panel labels, IP plans, and controller credentials at the end of the job.
Do you do residential work?+
Commercial is our primary focus, but we do take on high-end residential jobs — home offices, smart-home Wi-Fi 7, and security cameras — especially when bundled with a commercial project for the same client.
